Der Rausch des Leonhard Cohen

Der Meister der Melancholie ist 75 und setzt seine (Alters)tournee am 1.März 2010 mit einigen Konzerten in Frankreich fort. Vor einem Jahr war im Rolling Stone (D) ein Interview, in dem er auch interessante Auskünfte über seine Vorlieben beim Wein gibt. Es geht um die Tournee 1994.

C. Zum Schluß konsumierte ich drei Flaschen Wein Pro Tag !

R.S. Drei Flaschen, wirklich ?

C.Vor jedem Auftritt, ja. Ich habe immer "profesionell" getrunken, hinterher nie. Nicht mal nach der Pause. Es war eine lange Tournee, 60 bis 70 Konzerte glaube ich.

R.S. Warum mußtest du trinken ?

C. Weil ich nervös war. Und weil mir der Wein schmeckte. Es war ein Chateau Latour. Mittlerweile ist der sehr teuer. Er war sogar schon damals teuer. Das ist komisch beim Wein, die Kenner reden über den Geschmack und das Bouqut und ob er Beine hat und die Tannine und die Fruchtigkeit und die Symphonie der Aromen, aber keiner redet über den Rausch.  Am Bordeaux haben die Winzer 1000 Jahre gebastelt. Jeder Wein produziert seinen eigenen Rausch, der aber niemals erwähnt wird. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich auf den Latour gekommen bin, aber er passte zur Musik. Nach der Tour kriegte ich ihn nicht mehr runter. Er schmeckte nach gar nichts mehr. Es fehlte das Adrenalin der Situation, die Musik und diese Atmosphäre der Verzweiflung-Verzweiflung, weil ich so viel trank ! Eine Zeitlang ging das gut, aber es ruinierte meine Gesundheit und bescherte mir fast 10 Kilo Übergwicht.

"Every Wine has a specific high". Das gefällt mir gut, gerade auf einen der berühmtesten Weine der Erde bezogen hat das natürlich auch was unendlich LÄSSIGES. Ich werde jedenfalls ab jetzt mehr auf die Metaphysik des Rausches  bei meinen Weindeutungen  achten ! Wie ist der Rosé-Rausch im Sommer, wie ist der Chateauneuf-Rausch im Winter ?

The master of the melancholy is 75 and continues his (age) tournee on the 1st of March, 2010 with some concerts in France. One year ago  in the German Rolling Stone (magazine was an  interview, during which he also provides interesting information about his predilections with the wine. It is about the tour in 1994.

C. In the end I consumed three bottles of wine per day!

R.S. Three bottles, really?

C. Before entering the stage. I have ever always drunk "profesionell". Not sometimes after the break. It was a long tour, I believe from 60 to 70 concerts.

R.S. Why had you to drink?

C. Because I was nervous. And because to me the wine tasted. It was a Chateau Latour. Meanwhile he is very expensive. He was expensive even even then. This is funny with the wine, the experts talk about the taste and the Bouqut and whether he has legs and the Tannine and the Fruchtigkeit and the symphony of the aromas, but nobody talks about the drunkenness. In Bordeaux the winegrowers have done handicraft 1000 years. Every wine produces his own drunkenness which is never mentioned, however. I do not know how I have come on the Latour, but he fitted to the music. After the tour I did not get him any more under it. He tasted of nothing at all more. There was no adrenalin of the situation, the music and this atmosphere of the desperation desperation because I drank so much! For a while this went well, but it ruined my health and gave nearly 10 kilos overweight to me.

"Every Wine has a specific high". I well like this, has covered just to one of the most famous wines of the earth of course also what endlessly CARELESS. I will pay attention, in any case, from now more to the metaphysics of the drunkenness with my wine interpretations! How is the rosy drunkenness in summer how the Chateauneuf drunkenness is in winter?
